Sitting at a sidewalk café, this newly wed couple sat down at the table next to us. Shooting your wedding pictures at a café might be a little strange to us, but apparently kinda normal here…..

On the 6th of December the king of Thailand will be 80 years old. The preparation for the party has started.

We are at Rajadamnern Stadium watching Thai boxing matches…… 10 of them actually….. The first match ended in a serious knock out, resulting in the looser leaving the ring on a stretcher. We are, as all the other tourists, seatet Ringside

Literally stumbled across this strange little bar just outside Khaosan road. Only Thai people listening to a cover band we think is playing Britpop… Hard to tell really…… Next stop was a football pub where we watched Rosenborg being butchered…… Not good.

When in Bangkok…… Get a suit…

Back in the Bangkok traffic. Quite a difference from the Saigon motor bike mayhem.

We are flying a Boeing 747-400 from Saigon to Bangkok with Air France. Very interesting entertainment system. Ended up watching “Transformers”, or half of it that is.:-)

Time to go back towards Ho Chi Min…..

Today we have rented Motor bikes, killing some time waiting for Mr. Hagibis.

Fast going shit, with transmission, something I have not been riding for ages.

Used a couple of hours exploring the Vietnamese countryside.
Lots of “HEEEELLLOOOOO” from the villagers as we passed by.

Stumbeld upon a Buddhistic graveyard on our way. Always strange to see the Swastika used in this way.

Looks like we are about to be hit by a Typhoon!!

Hagibis, that is. As we understand from the Typhoon forcasts, we are not in the dead center of it, but close enough.

Yet another rainy day here in Mui Ne… hopefully there will be some wind and sun tomorrow. Went for a walk today and discovered the local school here in Mui Ne.
